ernphp Terms & Conditions

1.1 By creating an ernphp account, depositing funds, or placing any wager on the Platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms and any additional policies incorporated by reference, including the ernphp Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which forms an integral part of this agreement.

1.2 You acknowledge that online gambling involves financial risk and that you participate voluntarily, using funds that you can afford to lose. ernphp provides gaming services for entertainment purposes; no outcome is guaranteed.

1.3 These Terms supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether oral or written, between you and ernphp relating to the subject matter herein.

2.1 Age Requirement. The ernphp Platform is strictly restricted to persons who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older, consistent with applicable Philippine gambling law. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. ernphp reserves the right to require documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where the age requirement is not satisfied.

2.2 Jurisdiction. The Platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines and by other persons for whom online gaming is lawful in their jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing the Platform is legal under the laws applicable to you. ernphp does not represent that the Platform is appropriate for use in all jurisdictions.

2.3 Excluded Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain an ernphp account:

• Persons under twenty-one (21) years of age;
• Persons who are currently subject to a self-exclusion order, whether issued by ernphp or any relevant regulatory authority;
• Employees, directors, officers, or agents of ernphp or its affiliated companies, and immediate family members of such persons;
• Persons acting as agents or proxies for ineligible persons;
• Persons who access the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

3.1 Registration. To access real-money games on the ernphp Platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete personal information as prompted. You agree to maintain and promptly update this information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3.2 One Account Policy. Each individual may hold only one (1) active ernphp account. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited. ernphp reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to forfeit any bonus balances associated with such accounts.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification. ernphp is required to verify the identity of all account holders as part of its anti-money laundering (AML) and PAGCOR compliance obligations. You agree to provide, upon request and within a reasonable timeframe, such documentation as ernphp may require, including but not limited to:

• A valid, government-issued Philippine identification document (e.g., PhilSys national ID, passport, UMID, driver's licence, SSS ID);
• A recent utility bill or bank statement as proof of address;
• Proof of ownership of any payment method used for deposits or withdrawals (e.g., a screenshot of your GCash or PayMaya account showing your registered name).

3.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ernphp login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs). You must not share your credentials with any third party. ernphp will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account where such access results from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

3.5 Notification of Breach. You must notify ernphp immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. ernphp support is accessible via live chat at any time.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. ernphp currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following channels: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PESONet, and select over-the-counter payment partners. The availability of specific payment methods may change without prior notice.

4.2 Deposit Minimums. The minimum deposit amount is Philippine Peso one hundred (₱100.00), unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotional campaign.

4.3 Withdrawal Minimums and Processing. The minimum withdrawal amount is Philippine Peso five hundred (₱500.00). Withdrawals via GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within five (5) minutes of approval. Withdrawals via bank transfer may take longer depending on the receiving institution's processing times. ernphp is not liable for delays attributable to third-party payment processors.

4.4 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. ernphp reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending verification or AML review. Bonus funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.

4.5 Currency. All transactions on the ernphp Platform are denominated in Philippine Pesos (₱ / PHP). ernphp is not responsible for currency conversion fees, foreign exchange rate fluctuations, or charges imposed by your bank or payment provider.

4.6 Source of Funds. You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your ernphp account are derived from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of criminal activity. ernphp reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities under applicable Philippine law.

5.1 General. ernphp offers various promotional bonuses including, but not limited to, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and loyalty rewards. Each promotion is governed by specific terms, including eligible games, wagering requirements, minimum deposit conditions, maximum bonus amounts, and expiry dates.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable promotion terms. Until wagering requirements are met, bonus funds and winnings derived therefrom may not be withdrawn. If your account balance falls to zero before wagering requirements are completed, the bonus and associated winnings are forfeited.

5.3 Bonus Abuse. The following conduct constitutes bonus abuse and will result in the cancellation of the relevant bonus and, at ernphp's discretion, suspension of the player's account:

• Claiming multiple bonuses through duplicate accounts;
• Coordinated wagering between multiple accounts to manipulate bonus conditions;
• Systematically placing low-risk offsetting bets to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent;
• Any other conduct that ernphp reasonably determines to constitute exploitation of promotional terms.

5.4 Modification and Cancellation. ernphp reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, where reasonably required to protect the integrity of the Platform or to comply with applicable regulatory requirements.

5.5 Bonus Expiry. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds that are not utilized within thirty (30) calendar days of issuance will be forfeited automatically. ernphp is under no obligation to notify players of impending bonus expiry.

6.1 Game Integrity. All casino games, live dealer tables, slot titles, and sports betting markets offered through the ernphp Platform use certified random number generation (RNG) or live dealing mechanisms, as applicable. Published return-to-player (RTP) figures reflect the independently certified theoretical payout percentage for each game and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

6.2 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, network disruption, or software error that affects the outcome of a game round, ernphp reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager. No winnings may be claimed in respect of a round affected by a confirmed technical error. ernphp's determination of whether a malfunction has occurred is final.

6.3 Betting Limits. ernphp sets minimum and maximum bet limits for each game, which are displayed within the game interface. Bets that exceed the stated maximum limit for a game may be adjusted or voided at ernphp's discretion.

6.4 Sports Betting. Wagers on sports events are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, market type, and competition, as published on the Platform. ernphp reserves the right to void, suspend, or restrict markets where integrity concerns are identified. Decisions on void bets, match postponement, and live betting settlement are final.

7.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ernphp Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Fraudulent Activity: Providing false identity information, using fraudulent payment instruments, or engaging in any form of identity theft;
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds that represent the proceeds of criminal activity;
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market;
• Use of Unauthorized Software: Using bots, automated betting scripts, exploit tools, or any other software designed to circumvent the Platform's systems or gain an unfair advantage;
• Account Sharing: Allowing third parties to access or operate your ernphp account;
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorized payment chargebacks on legitimate ernphp deposits. ernphp will pursue recovery of all costs associated with fraudulent chargebacks;
• Interference: Attempting to interfere with the integrity, availability, or security of the Platform's systems, infrastructure, or software;
• Underage Gambling: Permitting or facilitating access to the Platform by persons under twenty-one (21) years of age.

8.1 Suspension by ernphp. ernphp reserves the right to suspend or place restrictions on any account at any time, without prior notice, where it reasonably suspects or determines that:

• The account holder has violated any provision of these Terms;
• The account is being operated by or for an ineligible person;
• Suspicious activity or fraud is indicated;
• A regulatory or legal obligation requires it; or
• A self-exclusion or other responsible gaming restriction applies.

8.2 Voluntary Account Closure. You may request closure of your ernphp account at any time by contacting customer support. Pending any outstanding KYC verification or AML review, ernphp will process your final withdrawal and confirm account closure within a reasonable timeframe.

8.3 Effect of Termination. Upon closure of your account — whether voluntary or initiated by ernphp — access to the Platform will be revoked. Any real-money balance remaining in a verified account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, less any amounts properly withheld in accordance with these Terms. Bonus balances are non-refundable upon account closure.

9.1 ernphp is committed to the promotion of responsible gaming practices and takes its obligations under applicable Philippine gaming regulations seriously. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible directly from your ernphp account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps that you may set at any time. Limit increases are subject to a twenty-four (24) hour cooling-off period before taking effect; decreases take effect immediately.
• Session Time Reminders: Configurable alerts that notify you of the duration of your current gaming session.
• Loss Limits: Caps on losses within a defined period, after which gaming access is temporarily suspended.

10.1 The collection, use, storage, and processing of personal data in connection with your use of the ernphp Platform is governed by the ernphp Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into and forms part of these Terms. By registering an account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.

10.2 ernphp processes personal data in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations.

10.3 ernphp may share your personal data with regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, and third-party service providers to the extent required by applicable law or necessary for the operation of the Platform, as more fully described in the Privacy Policy.

11.1 All content, software, trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and other intellectual property displayed on or forming part of the ernphp Platform ("IP") are the exclusive property of ernphp or its respective third-party licensors.

11.2 ernphp grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to any commercial use, reproduction, distribution, or modification of the IP.

11.3 You must not copy, scrape, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform or its software without the prior written consent of ernphp.

12.1 The ernphp Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ernphp makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or completeness of the Platform.

12.2 ernphp does not guarantee that the Platform will be free from errors, interruptions, delays, or security vulnerabilities. Scheduled maintenance, system upgrades, or circumstances beyond ernphp's control may periodically affect Platform availability.

12.3 ernphp is not responsible for any loss of winnings or inability to access the Platform during periods of scheduled or unscheduled downtime.

13.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ernphp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption.

13.2 ernphp's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by you in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13.3 Nothing in these Terms limits ernphp's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

13.4 You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ernphp, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claim, liability, loss, damage, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your use of the Platform, or your violation of any applicable law.

14.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

14.2 In the event of a dispute between you and ernphp, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting ernphp customer support. ernphp will make a good-faith effort to resolve all complaints within a reasonable timeframe.

14.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines. You irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of any such proceeding.

15.1 ernphp reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, ernphp will provide notice via email to your registered address or via a notification displayed upon login to the Platform.

15.2 The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this document. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms.

15.3 If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 8.2 above.

16.4 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent court to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if modification is not possible, it shall be severed. The remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.

16.5 Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable game-specific or promotion-specific rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and ernphp regarding the subject matter herein and supersede all prior communications.
